1. First of All you need to have a Google Account.
2. Now go to Blogger.com
3. Now login with Your Google Account.
4. After you log in Click on 'New Blog' Button.
5. Now enter your blog title which you want.
6. Now Enter your blog Address (ex. yourblogaddress.blogspot.com)
7. If the address is available than select any theme and Create your blog.
8. Congratulations!!! Your blog has been created.
9. Now You will redirect to Your Blog Dashboard.
